Pretty but disappointing

Very pretty piece of needlepoint but surprisingly rigid. Comes vacuum sealed in plastic and I waited for the pillow to fluff out from the back after removing the wrapper but it didn't fluff much. Pretty to look at but not the cozy couch pillow I was hoping to send to my sister for Christmas. I'm returning it.
