Starry Night Garden Trellis

This trellis looks really nice in all of the pictures but when it arrived, it looked very cheap and had a horrible paint job like some thing you would find in a discount store. I sent it back about two weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. The customer service is horrible! You can’t reach accounting and the regular customer service hours are bullshit.

I have purchased several times from this company and I'm very pleased with all of my experiences. Quality, good pricing and outstanding customer service....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ordered two - was hoping they would be a little taller ~ for some reasn, I neglected to factor in the Legs (which being the height up) but leave an opening below. They were a great price……(on sale) so I will make them work. This is my first time ordering from Viridian Bay. Items packaged securely too. I will be a returning Customer! God Bless Patricia J DeZur
