We at Viridian Bay hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing and acquiring them. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.
We cannot refund nor accept returns on certain items including gift cards and Last Chance & Outlet items. For returns not related to damages or incorrect items shipped, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and be in the original packaging. Please ensure that all parts including any loose pieces such as glass votives for candleholders or candelabra, are included.
To complete your return, we require your original order number as proof of purchase. We may ask you for a photo of the damage or the defective part. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information so we may begin the returns process.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return status. If approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 14-21 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 21 business days, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will be notified of your return.

Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible shipping costs incurred to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
