Wish it had the bird on the other side of it, but it's absolutely beautiful!

Never Received

I'm reviewing this stool based on my experience with Viridian Bay customer service, not the stool. I'm sure the stool is beautiful, but I never received it. After several weeks of waiting, I contacted customer service as it seemed UPS lost the package. I received a short response stating Viridian Bay would look in to the problem... I haven't received ANY followup for a week and a half. I'll follow-up, but have little expectation of receiving the stool, and I'm sure I'll have to continue to contact this company for a refund. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with Viridian Bay customer service.
