The birds and lanterns arrived in a timely manner, seemingly well-packed, but the three lanterns were all damaged to varying degrees, as shown in photos. The company's resolution, in theory, was to refund my purchase, but I'm still waiting. It should happen within two days. As it is, one hook is broken off completely, the base on another is dented, and the hook on the third is bent and I know it will snap off if I try to straighten it, fabricated out of base metal as they are. Also, I wasn't going to leave a negative review about my experience, but I keep getting emails asking for one. So yes, Viridian Bay, I do think, in your words, "There's room for improvement."

I love my birds! They are not only beauitful, but they feel substantial, and not like some resin or plastic... the are exactly like they are on the website. LOVE them!

This Sparrow sculpture is well made and carefully packed for shipping. I display it indoors so I don't know how durable it is for outdoors but because it's so well constructed I doubt there would be issues. The lanterns are misrepresented in the photo,though. It came with glass holders and little tea light candles. Not wanting the live flame, I used small programmable flickering flame candles instead. My candles are about 3 inches tall and fortunately fit through the lantern door and sit atop a holder meant for the glass tea light cups. It's perfect for our decor and reasonably priced considering the design and quality.
