very classy merchandise support

Have had the water gauge for two years and unfortunately, broke two cylinders with our wind/rain. Staff pointed out very diplomatically, after this second replacement, I had been ordering the wrong size cylinders. Love their merchandise and now captivated by their tactical observation

Why did you ship this with a signature required? It was extremely inconvenient to have to go to the post office to pick this up. I almost didn't bother since the shipping address gave no indication of who it was from. If this is your new policy for a $10 item, I will stop buying anything from you. Otherwise the product is fine.
