We appreciate your enthusiasm in sharing your experiences with Viridian Bay and allowing us to feature your photos on our social media channels. Before proceeding, we want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the use of your content. Kindly review the following disclaimer carefully.

By submitting your photo(s) to Viridian Bay through social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, and Facebook) and using the hashtag #MyVBStyle or mentioning/tagging @viridianbay, you grant Viridian Bay the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your photo(s) for promotional purposes on our official social media accounts and other marketing materials.

This permission includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, crop, and enhance the submitted photos as deemed necessary by Viridian Bay. You understand and agree that the use of your photos is entirely voluntary, and you will not receive any compensation or consideration for the use of your content.

By submitting your photo(s), you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the content and that you have the legal right to grant Viridian Bay the permissions mentioned above. You also acknowledge that Viridian Bay is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the submitted photos by third parties who may come across them on our social media channels.

If you have any concerns or would like to revoke your permission for the use of your photos, please contact us at info@viridianbay.com with the subject line "Photo Submission Withdrawal." Upon receiving your request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from our social media channels within a reasonable timeframe.
