June 11, 2025: A large shipment has been delivered. We are unloading inventory today. We will begin fulfilling pre-orders on June 12. Thank you for your patience!

May 28, 2025: Due to a significant delay with US Customs at the Port of Oakland, new arrivals and regular inventory will be shipping later than anticipated.

Here's what happened:

On May 16, U.S. Customs picked up the container for inspection at the port, later than expected.
As of May 28, U.S. Customs has informed us that the container will be released in approximately three weeks, this is an estimate.
